Merge proposal
[edit]I propose merging Ministry of Interior (Poland) into this article, as both of them deal with the modern days ministry tasked mainly with home affairs and were existing by turns. Also in my opinion the articles on their own may not meet notability guide lines as they provide little original content, with many issuse overlaping. Merging would also allow creating single list of ministers and allow clear explanation to the reader about ministry transitions trough out history. From the editorial perspective the administration sector is also very little and does not introduce much diffrences. In my opinion the only reasonable exclusion would be Ministry of Interior during the communist era as it played significant role in PRL events. If no oposing views will be stated I will perform a marge after a week. — Antoni12345 (talk) 12:40, 30 January 2024 (UTC)
- I think this is a valid subarticle for the larger ministry. They have separate articles on pl wiki. The main article should provide information on this including list of ministers (with a note that for those few years their title was different), but I am not sure we need to merge articles otherwise. - Merging would be good. Other countries don't have their ministries split into thousands like that. It's still the same institution, just renamed a bit.
- I think all other ministry pages should be merged similarly. 83.6.202.147 (talk) 11:00, 11 August 2024 (UTC)
- Merger complete. Klbrain (talk) 15:46, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
