- Newsweek article
- Huffington post about discrimination againsts atheists in the military in general in foxholes generally, but cites MAAF.
- Also mentioned on the Colbert report ( still looking for a good link )
- Held a rally in DC on veteran's day 05. [1]
- aholes of the week mention of christian officer who disrupted a MAAF meeting in iraq.
- I have withdrawn my request for speedy deletion as the subject seems relatively notable now (it cited no references when I saw it and appeared to be an ad). Thank you for your contributions. --RucasHost 07:34, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

Categorization
[edit]What does everyone think about adding this article to the category Category:Religion in the military?
Obviously the organization exists for atheists, but it is in a way an aspect of religion in the military, along the lines of "Hey military religious people - Not everyone in the military is religious."
Any thoughts on this? KConWiki (talk) 18:37, 10 March 2013 (UTC)
- I think it is a valid idea. Go for it. Frederick Green (talk) 20:45, 28 April 2013 (UTC)
- I do not agree. Aethists are by definition non religious, so placing them in a religious category seems wrong on both sides of the argument. 155.213.224.59 (talk) 18:40, 20 June 2014 (UTC)
