Notability

While I believe the person who proposed deletion has correctly identified a number of articles on non-notable criminals, I believe that the information in the article does suggest an unusually notorious offender who crosses the threshhold of notability. The lack of references is a real problem, particularly when accusing a living person of being a child abuser, but I only did a simple search and found plenty of articles on this person, I added a link to one but somebody might like to add more.
