[edit]Need new article on Movement for Peace with Justice and Dignity Just last night I attended a meeting at Denton Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at which spoke Olga Reyes, an activist of the Movement for Peace with Justice and Dignity. Six members of her family have been killed in Mexico's Drug War, which she presented as largely a cover for the Mexican government to eliminate political opponents. I would encourage someone who is more familiar with Mexico to start an article about the MPJD.Amyzex (talk) 17:15, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
Everything in this article relates to the Movement for Peace with Justice and Dignity. In Mexico there was no "indignados" movement per se (it was not known by that name).--Eurogaming (talk) 23:49, 24 September 2016 (UTC)

Ongoing?
[edit]Are these protests ongoing? I haven't heard anything about them in a long time. Charles Essie (talk) 21:03, 16 October 2014 (UTC)
The movement still exists but it has a low profile: https://www.google.com.mx/search?num=100&espv=2&biw=1364&bih=702&tbm=nws&q=%22movimiento+por+la+paz+con+justicia+y+dignidad%22&oq=%22movimiento+por+la+paz+con+justicia+y+dignidad%22&gs_l=serp.3...374.6346.0.6625.51.39.1.0.0.0.237.4596.3j28j2.33.0....0...1c.1.64.serp..17.21.2761...0j0i19k1j30i10k1.hbZPE2845-k --Eurogaming (talk) 19:42, 26 September 2016 (UTC)

Requested move 18 March 2022
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
The result of the move request was: moved. Based on one reply after almost two months, consensus to move exists. However, consensus on the new article name has yet to form. Per WP:RMCI, the closer chooses a name they think most aligns with policy. Based on a DuckDuckGo search of "Movimiento por la Paz con Justicia" yields the name nominator proposed, but they exist in a context that clearly discusses Mexico. Another DuckDuckGo search for "Movement for Peace with Justice" even for results excluding "Mexico" yield few other results. That said, WP:RMCI allows anyone to immediately reopen a RM discussion to propose a more suitable title. (non-admin closure) Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 07:02, 1 May 2022 (UTC)
Mexican Indignados Movement → Movement for Peace with Justice and Dignity – The current name is infrequent and leads to several mirror sites. The proposed title leads to multiple independent websites. - Comment: I think Mexico or Mexican needs to be incorporated into the new name, the proposed name seems too broad. Mannysoloway (talk) 13:25, 25 March 2022 (UTC)
