Request Edit - CC-BY English Text
[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Sefaria has a full English translation of this text, presented in parallel to the original.
It's licensed CC-BY, translated by Shraga Silverstein.
I believe that a link to this would fall under section 2 of WP:ELYES.
I have a COI (I work for Sefaria), and have discussed it on WikiProject:Judaism.
Link should probably be to the Table of Contents for Mekhilta, but could also be to the start of the original text with parallel translation.

- I don't see why not. Done Altamel (talk) 06:40, 7 April 2017 (UTC)
- Upon further examination of the article's history, I see that this edit was previously reverted. I disagree with the revert, and I agree with the requestor that this link is beneficial, as it provides the full text of a work readers would likely be interested in, and does not otherwise promote the organization hosting the text.
