Error in the article

There is a big error in this article. Henry Grey was not attainted in 1554. Though he was convicted of treason, that is not the same as being attainted. They are two very separate processes. An attainder is an act of parliament rather than a judicial ruling. A bill of attainder against Henry Grey was introduced into parliament in 1554, but it did not pass, for various reasons. Henry's heir male to the marquessate of Dorset in 1554 was his younger brother Sir John Grey of Pirgo (assuming the original letters patent of creation allowed for the title to pass to simple heirs male rather than limiting it to heirs male of the body), but Sir John was under a cloud of suspicion, and it was thus unwise for him to file a claim on the Dorset marquessate with either the Crown or the House of Lords. I believe the marquessate of Dorset is actually in abeyance, again assuming the letters patent of creation allowed for inheritance of the title by any heir male rather than an heir male of the body.
