Great QB?

Mark Rypien's achievements, talent and greatness become more evident the more time passes. The revolving door of QB's at Washington since he left and the fall of Washington since he left make it obvious that what Rypien made seem easy, was not easy. Final TD pass?

"Rypien returned to football with the Indianapolis Colts in 2001. His last touchdown pass came in relief of Eagles quarterback Ty Detmer, an 8-yarder to Irving Fryar with five seconds remaining in a 37-10 loss to the Colts."

Seems to make no sense - he, as a Colts player, came in as relief for the Eagles QB, and according to the articles here, neither Detmer or Fryar were with either the Eagles or the Colts at that time. 194.28.127.52 (talk) 04:41, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
