This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because <The article is about an astute leader and political leader of kashmiri community and has been the inspiration for many young leaders .There have not been many kashmiri pandit politicans and MR koul koul being few amongst the lot desrves all the accolades and his legacy needs to be followed and he has done a lot for the well being of the society .I was surprised to see that there was no data of this honest leader on your website so have taken the extra effort to update the same. >. — Rajeevmpandita (talk) 10:11, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
