Note that the photos in Commons:Category:Malcolm Rowe are not of the Canadian judge, but rather of Malcolm Ernest Rowe, apparently someone from Cornwall who worked at Kodak in Russia. Also there is another Malcolm Rowe, a composer/musician who is mentioned in the following articles on en wiki (this is not necessarily a complete list):
