Fake Infobox_Monarch
[edit]just a note that the fake Infobox_Monarch using The Seal of Bishopric of Ösel-Wiek comes from the same pattern of edits like creation of Principality of Estland. Please also see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Principality of Estland. Thanks!--Termer (talk) 07:24, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
- Magnus was a Duke of Holstein only nominally, and it is not important at all - he was never been there.--Kidsunited (talk) 16:50, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
Comment: the title in Denmark -Duke of Holstein has nothing to do with "he was never been there" exactly like the title Prince of Wales in Great Britain has nothing to do with either the guys have actually been to Wales. And now I can't even believe such a comment would be necessary but wrote it down anyway, just in case, you never know...--Termer (talk) 21:11, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
- Exactly! That's why it's not important, but it is very important he was the Bishop of Courland for example. So why here is not the info-box, thus he was the head of several client or independent states?
Merry Christmas!

- Just making a note of this that Kidsunited has been identified as another sock of well known sockpuppet master Bloomfield whose strange agenda on WP has been creating articles about bogus states and their rulers like the one here used to be.
- Now, about the article. Even though Magnus was never the head of any state, the artilce would need a lot of work because it definitely was a quite a story. Among other interesting facts about this Magnus guy is that he indeed bought himself the title of Bishop of Courland. He also took the title of Bishop of Ösel-Wiek when he was the administrator of Danish owned Saaremaa/Oesel. Unfortunately for the guy he blew it all and Saaremaa was taken back under direct Danish administration. His 2 wives, both Russian princesses are part of his story as proclaimed "King of Livonia" , a king without a kingdom and the title he renounced after been imprisoned by his accepted overlord Ivan IV etc. I'm sure one day all the facts are going to be written into the article according to published sources. I might help out doing it by myself at one point as time permits. Merry Christmas!--Termer (talk) 05:33, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
- I don't see the infobox.--62.65.217.97 (talk) 13:35, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
