I don't think the topic warrants its own article (certainly merits its own subsection in MTR though). There are a lot of sources, but many are duplicated, two are opinion pieces and most of them are about the MTR–KCR merger rather than the topic itself. Jc86035 (talk) Use {{re|Jc86035}}

- Oppose. MTR is already a very long article. If this article isn't notable, then it should be deleted and receive very brief inclusion in the MTR article. As it is now, it seems that the information in this article is available only by a link in MTR's See also section. Seems notable enough. Paine Ellsworth put'r there 18:15, 27 January 2018 (UTC)
