RS Challenge

The pinyin name brings up nothing, variations of the English translation "snail pastry", "snail turn" bring up one mention in a (fictional) short story by Ye Guangqin: [1] pg 112

Searching the Chinese brings up images from Beijing Tourism site (in Chinese, used Gtranslate) [2] and various recipe or promotional sites such as [3].

My assessment is that the only hope this article has for WP:N is if a reader of Chinese can find the sourcing for it. Estheim (talk) 21:26, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
