Why is this low importance
[edit]I disagree about this being 'low importance'. I believe it is one of NASA's most important projects since within a couple of years it will be producing several lunar landers that actually land on the Moon. Lunar CATALYST is the lunar equivalent of COTS. Although it does not have any money. Andrew Swallow (talk) 03:31, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
How much of NASA budget is/was allocated to this
[edit]How much of NASA budget was allocated to this ? It may use no-funds Space Act Agreements with the partners, but how many person hours did NASA invest in this ? - Is it now replaced by CLPS ? - Rod57 (talk) 14:18, 3 February 2022 (UTC)
