[edit]Great writing in the Life section, whoever wrote it. Any chance we could get a picture of Louis Vierne up here?--NWalterstorf 13:38, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
I've deleted the mention "like Gabriel Fauré": Vierne was assistant to Widor at the great (west end) organ, whereas Fauré was organist of the choir organ. Flute harmonique (talk) 18:13, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
Is anyone here qualified to redo the 'Discography' section? A 'Discography' section in an article about Louis Vierne should surely be a list of his recordings, not an incomplete list of some recordings of his pieces by other people. I do think such a list would be useful for the page but under a different heading perhaps? Again, this is a question for someone more familiar with Wikipedia formatting. Also, I'll add Jeremy Filsell to the list for his recordings of the symphonies. --Jlowther91 (talk) 23:56, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
