Subsections by month

What would people think of doing this? Trump seems to do over 100 proclamations a year, organizing them by month would make for smaller easier-to-read sections. If so do we organize by "sign" date or the later "published" date? Ash Carol (talk) 00:57, 24 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
