[edit]Is there a way to bring the 'notable' contents over to the left side of the article? I've made attempts but was unsuccessful. GoodDay (talk) 18:42, 17 December 2021 (UTC)

– "third party" serves as a compound modifier here. HandsomeFella (talk) 19:14, 29 September 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose Primarily due to the presence of the primary topic: Third party (U.S. politics). – robertsky (talk) 20:28, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
- Robertsky -- I'm not sure I support the rename, but your reason for opposing it doesn't carry any weight, since the phrase "Third party" is in a different syntactic context in that article than it is in the other articles. AnonMoos (talk) 02:07, 7 October 2023 (UTC)
- Support per nom and MOS:HYPHEN#3. There isn't any inconsistency in using the hyphen only when the term is used as a modifier. SilverLocust 💬 05:00, 7 October 2023 (UTC)

Puerto Rico
[edit]Considering that there isn't really a Democratic or Republican party in Puerto Rico outside of presidential elections, should the PNP and PPD (the two parties dominant in PR politics) really be considered as "third party"? OzzyOlly (talk) 03:14, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
