A Friendly Reminder...

[edit]

If you are editing this Article, please, as a courtesy to others (including myself), add sources to anything you change up to add in this article in order for your information to be CREDIBLE. Otherwise, people should report any vandalism to an administrator (I myself am not one).

With any sources on the page (I'll try to clean it up later), please make sure the sources are recent (~5 yrs max) for each building.

Claim made in "Tallest buildings"

[edit]

This is a rather dubious claim. What is the significance of 236'?

"There are at least 20 additional high rises in Nashville between 236 feet and 299 feet tall that are not shown here. When these are added to the towers standing 300 feet and above, Nashville has more high rises than much larger metros such as Austin and Charlotte."

In the Austin list of tallest buildings there are 25 buildings listed as being between 200' and 299' tall.

Additionally, if one were to search Emporis there are literally dozens of additional buildings in Austin 150' or taller, all of which are classified as high rises.

I will not do the homework for Charlotte, but until proven otherwise with sources this claim should be removed. 66.69.226.193 (talk) 00:04, 16 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not to beat a dead horse, but...

[edit]

I strongly encourage those who continue to feel the need to engage in city boosterism, and make unfounded claims to find another outlet. Wikipedia is not the place for this nonsense. Unverified claims comparing one city against another does not positively contribute to any article. 66.69.226.193 (talk) 16:07, 17 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Omni Hotel

[edit]

Where is the Omni Hotel on this list? Gdw1948 (talk) 05:54, 9 May 2023 (UTC) Never mind. Apparently it is only 269 feet tall. Not tall enough for the list. How do I delete this talk page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gdw1948 (talkcontribs) 06:00, 9 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
