Sweater Vest (US)

Most would refer to this as a Sweater in the US (Not Sweater Vest). If the clothing has buttons in the front to completely open it, it would be a Sweater Vest 2.137.158.91 (talk) 02:54, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

That is inaccurate, "sweater vest" and "vest" are the terms used in America to describe this article of clothing, regardless of buttons. See the entry for sweater vest in Merriam-Webster: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/sweater-vest. A sweater always has sleeves. Medieval M'Lady (talk) 04:27, 17 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
