Hello
You include Guyana and Surinam ; in this case what don't you also include (French) Guyane ?

Is the scope of this article merely for first-level administrative subdivisions of sovereign countries solely in the Caribbean? Because Puerto Rico, French Guiana, and Guadeloupe are first-level administrative subdivisions of primarily non-Caribbean countries that are each larger than St. Ann Parish and would fit on this list.Astrofreak92 (talk) 15:06, 11 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
