Not 100% HD

Note 6 is a direct contradiction of the table entries it annotates. How can a channel be 100% HD when sometimes it isn't? Also, Sky News HD isn't 100% HD as it contains upscaled content where HD content is not available, such as international feeds, Skype feeds, etc. 83.104.249.240 (talk) 13:20, 19 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

MGM HD

MGM HD is missing from this table. Also as the page refers to ceased HD channels, surely there should be a cessation date or the word "ceased" in a column? Stephen Howe (talk) 12:37, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
