CopsTV wiki editor/maintainer guidance

is there an experienced maintainer of this wiki? any way to chat here about organization and out of order episodes and editing discussion? (for example about being able reorder some errors apparently caused by programming preemption? And why is Florida the only state that doesn't serialize the episodes by state?
