Lack of notability

A cursory Internet-based search doesn't support the notability of the subject of this article. To the (IMO altogether too limited) extent that there is any claim to notability, it is solely in relation to Dmitry Shostakovich and hence he should be treated in accordance with WP:ONEVENT.
