Naming Conventions

Where can I read regarding the decision to use consistent naming structure for Alberta counties even if that means using them incorrectly? --Kmsiever 02:54, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I can't answer your sarcastic question, but look at Category:Counties and municipal districts of Alberta. All articles start with the name; this makes sense also from the indexing point of view. (When you boldly moved the article, you didn't re-index/markup the categories). The correct name is given in the lead paragraph, and there are two redirects from different spellings. It wasn't sarcasm. If conventions had been agreed upon, I would like to read the corresponding discussion. And for the record, I wasn't using my edits to make a point.
