Lembke (surname) → Lembke – The proposed target currently redirects to Jim Lembke, a state politician for whom I can see no reasonable claim to being the primary topic of a surname with a decent number of entries. BD2412 T 19:47, 29 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Support per nomination. There are eight names as well as a historic house at the Lembke (surname) page, with the retired American politician seemingly serving as a redirect because his entry was the first one created (in 2009) for a person bearing that surname. However, the page listing people with the surname Lembke was not created until 2011 and subsequently (in May 2016) replaced for no discernible reason by a newly-created article delineating management specialist Deborah Lee Kerr, with the editor who created the Deborah Lee Kerr article immediately thereafter redirecting "Lembke" to the relatively low-notability local politician Jim Lembke. Comment: There are shenanigans afoot here. This was a surname article originally, but someone hijacked it and sneakily moved the article to Deborah Lee Kerr. It might have been 6 years ago but I'm tempted to just speedy it. —Xezbeth (talk) 12:56, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
