Tone tag

Updates

I have wikified (infobox, wikilinks), added some in-line references, and removed/replaced some tags. Not bad considering I usually stick to horse racing articles. Tone of lede (especially) is still problematic. Tigerboy1966 20:36, 3 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
