I'll grab this one for review. I see that this was previously nominated but the reviewer felt it was too early. I don't think that is a concern any more, so hopefully the article isn't too far off and we can get it promoted! I'll try and get some more thoughts on the page here shortly. - adamstom97 (talk) 03:41, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
Overall, it's looking pretty good. I've just a got a few things that I think should be dealt with before the article is promoted to GA:
- The lead isn't really a good, balanced summary of the article. The production info in the page is roughly equal to the release and reception stuff, so that should be the same in the lead (maybe with a paragraph for each?).
- I trimmed out some that may make them equal. Does the lead work now? Rusted AutoParts 18:34, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- You've actually gone the other way here. My problem is that there is only three (and now two) sentences on the production of the film and then a whole paragraph-and-a-half on release and reception. I know that the reception to the film is a pretty major part of its notability, but in the article it covers a similar amount of content to the production section. I just think there needs to be a whole paragraph summarising production info that is roughly equal in weighting to the reception stuff already in the lead. - adamstom97 (talk) 01:54, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
- I see. I readded the sentence and added in addition details such as the film's conceptualisation. Rusted AutoParts 10:53, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
- Much better! - adamstom97 (talk) 22:30, 20 June 2018 (UTC)

- The plot summary is too long. Per WP:FILMPLOT, it should be between 400 and 700 words.
- Done, now sits at 666 words. Thanks to @Timefurtherout:. Rusted AutoParts 18:37, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- The cast section is unsourced.
- There’s a casting section in the production area. Are you wanting there to be inital sources for that section as well or a merge of the two? Rusted AutoParts 16:32, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- I just think the section needs sources itself so readers don't have to go searching for them or mistakenly believe that it is all unsourced. You can copy refs from the casting section up to the cast list, and find new ones for anyone that doesn't cover, or alternatively you could find a good source that covers the whole cast and add it below the list in a "Cast list adapted from this source:" type note. - adamstom97 (talk) 01:54, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
- I utilized a Fandango source for the cast. Will that suffice? Rusted AutoParts 10:58, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
- That actually looks good to me. Just fill out the ref and archive etc. - adamstom97 (talk) 22:30, 20 June 2018 (UTC)

- The first blockquote in the pre-production section is not attributed to anyone, and I don't think it is all that useful anyway.
- Done removed it all together. Rusted AutoParts 16:30, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- The two paragraphs of the music section could probably be just one.
- You should be able to get the four critic paragraphs down to two, focus on cutting down the direct quotes and paraphrasing.
- All references need to be archived.
- Begun archiving. Rusted AutoParts 11:18, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
- Let me know when you're done. - adamstom97 (talk) 22:30, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
- Taking a bit of an unbearable amount of time for certain sources to archive. Not sure if it's due to my computer or if the source needs awhile. But it may be a slow process. Rusted AutoParts 13:54, 22 June 2018 (UTC)
- I switched to a different device and it’s sill not loading up. So I still don’t know if it’s the source taking time or if webcitation isn’t working properly right now. Gonna give it some time then try again. Rusted AutoParts 14:22, 22 June 2018 (UTC)
- Okay got a fair bit archived so far. Is there a particular deadline you’d want this done for? I feel I can have it done by Monday pending if webcitation cooperates. Rusted AutoParts 21:45, 22 June 2018 (UTC)
- Archived up to the Home release section. All goes accordingly I'll have the rest done tomorrow. Rusted AutoParts 03:30, 23 June 2018 (UTC)

- The images are all looking good in terms of fair-use, but I feel like there are too many of them (just because you have so many good ones doesn't mean they all need to be used). A big thing is having images and/or captions in sections to which they don't apply. My suggestion is that you change the caption on the Chazelle image in the pre-production to apply to something from that phase of production, move the combined images of him with the actors to the filming section, and remove the one of him on set, the one of Legend, the combined location ones, and the cafe one which has nothing to do with music. That would still leave seven good images and have it all be a bit less cluttered.
Have a go at those and let me know when you're done, or if you have any questions. - adamstom97 (talk) 06:49, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- I’ll try to begin work in these tonight, if not it’ll definitely be started tomorrow (at least on my end, someone could come along during that time to aid). Thanks for taking up the review Adam. Rusted AutoParts 15:50, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- Dealt with a few of these right quick, I’ll get cracking on the source archiving tomorrow, when the flashbacks of the Steve Jobs archiving finally subside. Rusted AutoParts 16:41, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- Haha, no worries. Just let me know when you're done. I've responded to a couple of your comments above that will hopefully clear those up. - adamstom97 (talk) 01:54, 20 June 2018 (UTC)

Well done Rusted, I know archiving a full page of references like that can be painful but it is definitely worth it. I am happy to say that I believe this is a good article. Passed - adamstom97 (talk) 00:58, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
