I'm removing the paragraph headers because there is not substantial enough information in the body of the "Personal Life" section to merit separate subheadings. formatting and sections

Because Del. Barve is noted for being a legislator, I have moved the "legislative career" section to the top of the article. For someone searching for information about Del. Barve, "legislative career" information will likely be more relevant to their immediate search interests.
