– Who made these station naming conventions so inconsistent? Under the list of Amsterdam Metro stations we see that all the station names are known as "x metro station". Furthermore, as per WP:UKSTATION, which is generally followed by other stations in the Netherlands, articles about stations shared with railway services should be called "x station". If this goes as planned I will consider doing something similar to those articles about "x RandstadRail station"(s). <<< SOME GADGET GEEK >>> (talk) 01:30, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
- Support, should be renamed for consistency--Ymblanter (talk) 08:40, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
Looking at the stations in Amsterdam which have both train and metro, these are still x railway station. I feel the same should happen in Rotterdam (Alexander, Blaak, Schiedam Centrum) where a section on the metro is written underneath. This is also done in a number of other cities. I completely agree the other stations should become the x metro station. I would also suggest this should happen to the station on the Schiedam–Hoek van Holland railway which will become a metro service (extension of lines A and B) in 2017. - Comment How can anybody give an opinion on such a mixed up nomination. You've got railway station, station, and metro station, all nominated together. You should have divided them. Secondarywaltz (talk) 18:04, 10 February 2016 (UTC)
- You also have Talk:Amstelveen Centrum metro station#Requested move 9 February 2016, which is another mixed nomination. Secondarywaltz (talk) 18:08, 10 February 2016 (UTC)
- Support to rename both the four railway stations and all other metro stations, for consistency. Marcocapelle (talk) 07:23, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
