Note: If you are confused as to why you were either at List of Shen Gong Wu revealed in Season Two or Season Three, and you were redirected to this talk page, it is because this talk page covers all of the Shen Gong Wu lists.

This article doesn't explain what the heck it's talking about. User:Zoe|(talk) 02:52, 21 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Where is the source of Chinese coin.jpg?

[edit]

Somewhere at the top of the article there is a link to a picture of an ancient chinese coin. May I know who posted it and where did he/she get it?

Sorry!

[edit]

Sorry, this page was meant to be linked to from the main "Xiaolin Showdown" page, and I forgot to add the link back. I will fix that soon.

Shen Gong Wu

[edit]

Where was show that the Falcon's Eye can see invisible things, holograms and the rest? I only know of see through walls (common), see in dark (The Emperor Scorpion Strikes Back) and telescopic vision (Last Temptation of Raimundo). --

Yin or Ying?

[edit]

Is the Yang Yo-Yo's sister Wu the Yin Yo-Yo or the Ying Yo-Yo?

Ying Yo-Yo. Please sign your comments. 70.111.112.250 11:46, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Confused About Spelling?

[edit]

Look at the cardlist in the rulebook for the Trading Card Game, found here. Ryulong 19:10, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Note: It is the "Silk Spitter" not the "Silk Spinner". Ryulong 07:41, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Episode with Dashi

[edit]

What was the name of the episode where Omi went back in time to get a puzzle box from Dashi? I need to know so I can add something here (about the Sands of Time). You have no proof it was me. 11:47, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, it's already there. I wanted to put how they had no time-travelling Shen Gong Wu because they buried it in Egypt/Europe but Dashi used the Sands of Time in the showdown. You have no proof it was me. 11:49, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I know, Dashi and Dojo got into a huge argument about it, and then Dashi said, "Dojo, fetch the Sands of Time" and it looked like it too. I was gonna put on the talk page 2. --Frogger626 22:29, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures!

[edit]

I am very pleased with whoever added the pictures of the wu. Thanks!

Disadvantages?

[edit]

What's with the sudden addition of the "Disadvantages"? Some of them appear not to be very informative, or well written. Like with the Lasso Boa Boa: "It's a Boa Constrictor-what couldn't happen?" or whatever is listed. Ryulong 01:21, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Shen Gong Wu names

[edit]

The Manchurian from Manchurian Musca stands from Manchu and Manchuria? --

I think it merely relates to the region of Manchuria as it is a part of China. Ryulong 21:14, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

SGW own articles

[edit]

Why don't make a page for each Shen Gong Wu? And for the ones with few info we can put with other related (eg. Mosaic Scale and Monarch Wings and Sibini in one page)--

There is not enough information on each Shen Gong Wu to make a notable article for each one. Some have only been used once, and others have enough information here. Ryulong 17:37, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Silk Spitter

[edit]

Please stop changing this to "Silk Spinner." The name said in the show and in any print media is "Silk Spitter." Please see the resources provided before changing it, again. Ryulong 19:43, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In fact, a full list is on page 23 of the pdf found here, still. It has the Silk Spitter (❏ 68 Silk Spitter ●) and the Hoduku Mouse (❏ 38 Hoduku Mouse ✦) and various other Shen Gong Wu, as well as techniques and characters. Ryulong 19:48, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Who Changed The Two-Ton Tunic into Three-Ton Tunic? Note by: Omi-707

It was some vandal. I've fixed all of her edits. Ryūlóng 21:16, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Possession of Shen Gong Wu

[edit]

In Time After Time (1), Chase Young and Wuya rob the shen gong wu vault and later Clay says "Well, looks like he [Chase] got a good chunk of our wu." Or something along those lines. We can't have a clue which ones were stolen and they probably not all taken back in the showdown in the next episode or if they were able to keep the ones that they had won in that showdown or if the timeline had changed so that they had never been robbed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.0.192.103 (talkcontribs)

Also, Omi alters space in time in either the first or second part of the episode, so it isn't known if that was permanent or not, either. Ryulong 17:40, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Article rename

[edit]

Given that people keep adding in the TCG Wu, I think this article needs a rename to make it clear that only the TV series Wu belong here. Shen Gong Wu used in Xiaolin Showdown is one possiblity. Caerwine Caerwhine 15:27, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Or perhaps Activated Shen Gong Wu or Revealed Shen Gong Wu. Ryulong 19:01, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
And I don't think there have been that many additions of the TCG Wu to this article. Ryulong 21:46, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Pebble

[edit]

In Days Past, Dashi turns a pebble into a puzzle box. Isn't that considered a Wu?

No, it is just the puzzle box. It is not a Shen Gong Wu, it is not found like Shen Gong Wu, it is merely created by the creator of the Shen Gong Wu.Ryulong 23:28, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, he's right. It may be magical, but like the Wudai weapons, no matter how you look at it, they just aren't Wu. --Frogger626 22:31, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The pebble is not a shen gong wu it is just a part of the xiaolin showdown, like when clay and jack spicer had a xiaolin showdown the topic was first to catch the robin wins, so the pebble is not really a shen gong wu.--Murillomatthew 19 May 2008

The Manchurian Musca

[edit]

In this discussion, is quoted: The Manchurian Musca's name come from Manchuria, not Manchu. But, in portuguese translation, its "Mosca MANCHU".What is this? --201.9.220.39 14:58, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Gabriel[reply]

I don't know. Manchuria is a region of China, the people there are the Manchu. It's the same thing. Ryulong 20:00, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

What are the Shen Gong Wu Stolen in the Episode Omi Town?I have identified only the Known Shen Gong Wu#Shroud of Shadows, the Known Shen Gong Wu#Mosaic Scale, the Known Shen Gong Wu#Sweet Baby Among Us, the Known Shen Gong Wu#Ruby of Ramses, the Known Shen Gong Wu#Two Ton Tunic, the Known Shen Gong Wu#Black Beetle and the Known Shen Gong Wu#Crystal Glasses. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Forum User (talkcontribs)

When the episode airs again, we'll be able to tell what were exactly stolen. Ryulong 22:37, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
This clip show many Wus, i not identified all
I think you got all of them. I don't think the switch is all that notable though. Ryulong 23:07, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Wuya appears to take the Shroud of Shadows, the Crystal Glasses, the Ruby of Ramses, the Two-Ton Tunic, and the Black Beetle with her at the end. Ryulong 23:12, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
And Bean took the others. Ryulong 23:13, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why three lists?

[edit]

These lists of Shen Gong Wu used to be put together and they were first named "Shen Gong Wu", and then they were "Known Shen Gong Wu". Now they are split into three. Can someone tell me the deal here? I just want them to stay as one for quick reference. I don't really get why you think three lists are better. You should just keep it as one list. That is why I want them to merge together.

Because the list had become so long that it is more managable to have three lists. Jay32183 18:51, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The vertical spacing and file size were issues. With the list receiving so much vandalism and fancruft, separating it into three made it far more managable. Jay32183 19:00, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I had split Known Shen Gong Wu into the three lists because the first article was getting way too long, and as such, I have removed the merge tags. Ryūlóng 20:38, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Stop listing the three separate lists for merger. If you do so, again, it will be considered as vandalism. Ryūlóng 03:41, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I get a message on my talk page about vandalism? It will just be the same, won't it?

I had sent you that message because the three lists are better than the single list that it once was. It is much easier to browse and much easier to check for vandalism. The original page was over 80 kb long, which is much too long for a Wikipedia article. This is why I had separated it into three lists. Merging is not necessary. Ryūlóng 19:57, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It was better when it was one list. I'm also the person that said I don't like Wikipedia now. Talk: List of Xiaolin Showdown Characters

I feel that you merely think it is better because it was all on one page and you did not have to print out multiple pages. We are sorry, but we are doing things to make Wikipedia better. The page was way too long as Known Shen Gong Wu, and Sibini is the correct name, regardless of when you had printed it out. Ryūlóng 00:23, 14 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Shen Gong Wu Pinwheel?

[edit]

I recently found a list of Shen Gong Wu from the show, and one of the listed objects was something called the Pigami Pinwheel. I'm guessing it was that pink-and-brown pinwheel object found in that ice cave, I forget the episode. If somebody could authenticate this, that'd be great. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.239.2.218 (talk) 19:27, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
