Assessment

[edit]

If you wish to have the article re-assessed, please list it at Wikipedia:WikiProject Schools/Assessment#Assessment requests or Wikipedia:WikiProject Australia/Assessment#Current requests for assessment. FA status has its own process (WP:FAC). Kanguole (talk) 11:47, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have re-assessed the article as C / Mid to speed things up. A lot of content, could potentially be an FA, but needs a lot of work for B class and higher. Referencing needs to be improved, with {{cite web}} and other such templates used as necessary, and some claims such as alumni fully sourced. Some content seems rather promotional and should probably be either re-written or removed. See WP:ASSESS for the full assessment scale. Note that the highest quality rating that can be given unilaterally is B - GA, A, and as stated above, FA, needs community input. I am giving the article Mid importance for schools due to its apparent alumni, may be higher if more claims are backed up. Camaron | Chris (talk) 12:01, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Note that when Camaron says "unilaterally" above, he means by a Wiki project (Camaron is an assessor for Wikipedia:WikiProject Schools.) Kanguole (talk) 12:21, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed. On a separate note, there is also some issues with the images used in the article as I have noted on the image's pages. Camaron | Chris (talk) 12:27, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

High Performing School

[edit]

I lost count of how many times I saw "high performing school" written in this article. I got so sick of it that I stopped about half way through and can't be bothered fixing any more of the numerous grammatical errors in this article. A "high performing school" is a theatrical school on a mountain. A "high-performing" school (note the hyphen) is one that performs well. It's particularly ironic that an article written so poorly is describing a school that's supposedly full of smart people.(Huey45 (talk) 09:57, 19 March 2010 (UTC))[reply]
