Fever Typo
[edit]The fever section must be a typo. There's no way anyone could wrestle with a 39 degree fever, a 10 degree fever would have someone near deathy. Mr. Papaya 20:41, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
- Yes a 10 degree fever would, but a 39 degrees celcius fever is different, see he's not American but Japanese so the temperature is indicated in Celcius, not farenheit. If he had a temperature 39 degrees farenheit he would be in the morgue. MPJ -DK 05:10, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Pronunciation
[edit]Is his name pronounced Ken-sooki or Kenskay? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.188.197.180 (talk) 00:05, August 28, 2007 (UTC)
Both pronouniciations are accurate. I'm not sure about the other Japanese promotions, but Dragon Gate pronounces it Kenskay and WCW pronounced it Ken-sooki. 114.76.51.164 (talk) 06:09, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
Killing charge in Ring of Hell
[edit]For anyone who hasn't read the book Ring of Hell, in it, author Matthew Randazzo V described an incident that took place in the NJPW dojo in the mid 90s. NJPW trainee Hiromitsu Gompei didn't perform as well as Sasake wanted, and so he suplexed the kid until the kid died. Cited as the reason Sasaki's tag parter Hiroshi Hase left NJPW and wouldn't team with Sasaki again, save a one-off a decade later.
This should be in the article I think but I wouldn't add something so controversial without a talk page discussion. McJeff (talk) 09:57, 9 August 2008 (UTC)

Manslaughter allegations
[edit]I've removed the allegation that Sasaki killed a wrestling trainee in 1995 for violating WP:BLP and WP:NOTRS. The claim is based on a single citation, the book 'Ring of Hell' by Matthew Randazzo. I own a copy of the book and it's made clear that the allegation is based on gossip and hearsay - the sole "anonymous" source quoted specifically states that the allegation is a rumour he heard. The entire book is of dubious veracity, relying heavily on quotes and stories mined from media published by third parties. 79.72.248.104 (talk) 10:40, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
