2 weeks ago advice to a 61 year old male

Last week, a gentleman called in asking if his relieving himself without the wife was a sin. She had lost interest in intimacy after menopause. The response given to him was that it was as the intimacy was meant for procreation. However, if they are past procreating, what is he to do? The body's hormonal changes create the desire.
