Bonds' home run chase
[edit]I've taken the liberty of beginning to report individual home runs by Barry Bonds, now that he's within five of Hank Aaron. -- Mwalcoff 03:11, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
Tour de France
[edit]This event has not been updated in a number of days. Does anyone have the results available to post? --After Midnight 0001 12:29, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
The undermaintained portal Portal:Sports and games has a news section that could benefit from being auto-populated with the last day or two worth of news from this page. What would everyone think about putting some tags in to accomodate this? I think the best way (other than splitting it up into per-day pages) would be to put noinclude tags around everything other than the last 1-2 days. There would be a tremendous upside to this - it would make it very easy to transclude current news from this page anywhere - you could have the latest sports news delivered to your user page every day by transcluding it, as an example. --B 23:05, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not really sure how useful this would be. Much of what is posted here are results/scores rather than "news items". --After Midnight 0001 02:42, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
