Extremely odd claim

Leonese language
[edit]I have removed him from the category Writers in the Leonese language. At his time, the concept of a different Leonese language, different from Castilian, simply did not exist. It’s a twentieth-century concept and there is politics involved, regionalism. He wouldn’t know that a Leonese language even existed, and he didn’t write it without realizing what it was. No one wrote in his day in Leonese. (I taught History of the Spanish Language for many years.) deisenbe (talk) 09:40, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
