Notability
[edit]- this article violates WP notability guidelines. This was created with pure online reputation management purpose. Editors are welcome to review.
- Other than the fact that it looks like probable WP:COI (the history indicates that it was probably someone from Magna who wrote the article), what's your objection? There are enough independent and reliable sources (Business Week, Variety, Hollywood Reporter) to forgive the ones that might not be (imdb, magna). What specific notability violations do you see? ubiquity (talk) 15:10, 6 November 2014 (UTC)
In my opinion none of these citation can be classified as "significant coverage". Business Week is nothing more than company's advertising profile (which is not "Independent of the subject", as Wikipedia excludes works produced by the article's subject or someone affiliated with it. For example, advertising, press releases, autobiographies, and the subject's website are not considered independent. "Hiollywood Reporter" citation cannont be considered "significant coverage", as per Wiki:"Significant coverage" addresses the topic directly and in detail, so that no original research is needed to extract the content. Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention but it need not be the main topic of the source material." If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list.
I suggest this profile is subject to speedy deletion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.96.184.56 (talk) 15:28, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
