John Whalley (academic) → ? – John Whalley the Canadian economist doesn't yet have a WP article, but he probably merits one. The title here will then become ambiguous. The question is what the disambiguator should be. Normally, academics are disambiguated by academic discipline - as he was Regius Professor of Divinity, Whalley must presumably have been a theologian, but I can find no evidence that he published any theological work. "Regius Professor" or "Master of Peterhouse, Cambridge" are also possible disambiguators. LookLook36 (talk) 18:46, 24 April 2021 (UTC)
- Support John Whalley (theologian). Seems to be the obvious disambiguator, given he was professor of divinity. We generally try to avoid "academic" in any case. -- Necrothesp (talk) 12:29, 29 April 2021 (UTC)
