Quote Source?
[edit]Can anyone provide attribution for Chris Coleman's description of Bullard as "the best £2 million we ever spent"? I remember hearing it at the time but can't find a citation at this point. Hermanjoshua (talk) 22:33, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
I remember Coleman saying it on Match of the Day after the Fulham v Sheffield United game. James Lappin
Bullard is a fool. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.137.234.110 (talk) 22:41, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
Care to elaborate on that? He's a very respected player with a known high work rate. An excellent free kick taker and crosser of the ball. He's also very much in demand this Summer. Are you refering to his personality, playing skills, career choices... ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.69.198.242 (talk) 15:51, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
He must be a fool, he's an ex-boro player. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.16.97.233 (talk) 22:48, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

Jamie or Jimmy?
[edit]Throughout the article he is referred to as "Jamie", despite the page title being "Jimmy Bullard". As a Fulham fan, I have never heard him called "Jamie" - could anyone provide a source where he has been? Otherwise I'd be tempted to change it to "Jimmy" throughout. Estesark (talk) 21:14, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
other person with a similar name
[edit]I got here looking for James B. Bullard and don't know how to add the appropriate boilerplate to the top of the page to help someone else find the right page. If someone else could do that, that would be swell. 208.47.252.6 (talk) 16:54, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
Germany
[edit]According to the International career section, Bullard "has a German grandmother and is therefore eligible for the German national team." This is not correct. He is only eligible for the German national team if he has German citizenship. Simply having a grandparent from the country is not enough. Aecis·(away) talk 11:06, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
- I believe having a grandparent from a country is enough, as the source given makes clear. Mattythewhite (talk) 21:43, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
Picture
[edit]Ought to change the picture really; he plays (!) for Hull now and in the picture he's wearing a Fulham strip. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.67.180.49 (talk) 19:54, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
- All the image is there for is to show the reader what the subject looks like. So, it doesn't really matter what kit he's wearing in the picture. Although, it would be nice for a picture of him in a Hull or any of his other teams shirts' to be added to the body of the article, but these can be difficult to upload onto Wikipedia due to copyright restrictions.
