Removal of links
[edit]Wikipedia:Verifiability#Non-English sources
Because this is the English Wikipedia, English-language sources should be used in preference to non-English ones, except where no English source of equal quality can be found that contains the relevant material.
Would like to discuss with user:Gzdavidwong regarding the removal of links in Additional source section. Arilang talk 00:40, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- I have already explained to you in your Chinese Wikipedia's talk page.--Gzdavidwong (talk) 05:01, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- @User:Gzdavidwong, I refuse to engage in an edit war with you, but would make an official complaint against you, consider your rude behaviour, since your explaination in Chinese wiki is not satisfactory, because at the moment there are two issues involved:(1) Youtube links (2) Additional source links. Arilang talk 05:27, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks to user Toddst1 (admin) who has put this article under protection, before user Gzdavidwong would delete anymore content.
That said, this article is of particular importance to the understanding of contemporary communist China politic, simply because of the whistle blowing effect on Bo Xilai, who personally jailed Jiang Weiping, and Bo Xilai is hinted to be China's future Paramount Leader. In short, at this very moment, Jiang Weiping seems to be the only person, in the whole world, who dare to point finger at Bo Xilai, calling him a mentally disturbed, bad guy, corrupted official, among many other accusations. Update
[edit]I've rewritten this article over the past 48 hours to improve sourcing and include additional detail. The article appeared to rely on a number of dead links and statements of advocacy groups, including for criminal accusations against living people, so I've stripped it down and rebuilt it from news sources wherever possible. If I've overstepped myself, though, just let me know, and we can add back in the missing information. Khazar2 (talk) 12:43, 12 September 2012 (UTC)
