Vandalism by Kiwi338
[edit]User Kiwi338 has, for no stated reason, decided to remove the rivalry section of the article. I restored them on 8/25/2008. --Tobor0 (talk) 23:23, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think it's as much a real rivalry as it is something that was blown out of proportion by the news media. When it becomes a career-long, famous rivalry, perhaps it will be notable enough for inclusion in this article. I don't think that removing the section was vandalism. Ketone16 (talk) 21:41, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- The text should not have been a separate subsection that draws attention to it as a news article. It has been restored as part of the 2008 Olympics paragraph. Properly cited as it is, it is encyclopedic. Thanks. Truthanado (talk) 23:54, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
Huh?
[edit]"Track & Field News named Suhr the American Female Athlete of the Year for 2008. No male vaulter has ever won the American honor and the only other female winner was Stacy Dragila in 2001.[24]" No male vaulter has even won the Female Athlete of the Year Award? Something wrong here. Cross Reference (talk) 01:56, 7 August 2012 (UTC)
- Obviously, they mean no male vaulter has ever won the male equivalent award. Feel free to re-word it if you think it's unclear. Powers T 18:03, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
Domestic medal record
[edit]For the medals list, that's usually reserved for international medals. On the pages of other American athletes, I never see domestic medals listed. If there are no objections, I will remove in the near future. 108.230.245.125 (talk) 02:16, 7 April 2013 (UTC)
