Nearly won Bathurst?
[edit]Frankly that is a ridiculous comment. He did hold the lead late in the race but could not make the distance without another pitstop for fuel. The safety car situation caused by Paul Morris gave the team a free pitstop but he rejoined after the stop in third place. After having consistently shown throughout the day that his car lacked the pace of the front running cars over taking both Lowndes and Winterbottom was unlikely in the extreme. While Winterbottom in the end took himself out of contention, the very best you could say about Bright is that he almost finished second, but that is being generous. --Falcadore 02:48, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
