Should we change the name "born 1847"?
[edit]There is no source quoted for the birth date of Nov. 15 1847. I found at least three sources that give birth dates among the citations. They all give different dates, and none of them give the 1847 date. Britannica says November 15, 1849, American Experience says October 14, 1845, and the Writers' Program of the Work Projects Administration in Northern California says October 14, 1846.
Unless someone can come up with a definitive source for the birth date, perhaps we should change the article to say something like "born 1845-49", and change the name to (actor, died 1920), which all the sources agree on? Knuthove (talk) 18:47, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
