Place of death

Have revised, I think the source meant Auckland City Hospital as Takapuna Hospital appears to have been a maternity hospital in the 60s. Will see if I can track down an obit to confirm. Zawed (talk) 12:27, 26 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
