Title

[edit]

Is there a reason why the article's name is the abbreviation instead of the full title? --D•g Talk to me/What I've done 02:37, 3 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That's how it's usually referred to in the sources and by the school itself. Christopher Connor (talk) 02:43, 3 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The JCoSS ethos is very differnt to JFS, which is why the link should not be there. Is is possible to remove it?--Jcoss (talk) 18:27, 17 April 2011 (UTC)--Jcoss (talk) 18:27, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again. I am having trouble adding a sentence to the below. Please could you add.. Thanks again --Jcoss (talk) 19:14, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Before the school opened, several Orthodox rabbis expressed concern over JCoSS's compatibility with their faith, however the school has a genuinely inclusive cross-communal school, embracing the entire Jewish community regardless of affiliation or practice. Students are from the orthodox, liberal, reform and masorti communities.

Sorry - I meant to write ethos, not school in the first sentence, Also, capitals on the communities. So it should read. - Before the school opened, several Orthodox rabbis expressed concern over JCoSS's compatibility with their faith, however the school has a genuinely inclusive cross-communal ethos, embracing the entire Jewish community regardless of affiliation or practice. Students are from the Orthodox, Liberal, Reform and Masorti communities.--Jcoss (talk) 19:16, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your proposed text is not neutral, and is already covered with the word "cross-denominational" (as well as being unsourced). Christopher Connor (talk) 17:25, 19 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

It is important to point out that although Orthodox rabbis expressed concern for JCoSS, there are students from the whole Jewish Community, including Orthodox, Liberal, Reform and Masorti. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jcoss (talkcontribs) 07:19, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
