Pronunciation of Chafarinas

I am surprised to see the stress on the second syllable in the pronunciation guide. The word in Spanish has no accent over that syllable to indicate that it should not be the penultimate syllable that is stressed. Richard Avery (talk) 17:52, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure whether someone corrected it since you wrote this. Note that stress marks go at the start of syllables. So the stress mark you see is not on the "a" but before the "r". --83.34.173.131 (talk) 12:03, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
