[edit]There's also an article at Irenicism that seems to have similar content. Which is the right word? Are they both acceptable? Should they be merged? Or should there just be a redirect?131.215.172.17 (talk) 05:30, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- According to most of the dictionaries I have looked at the word is spelled "irenicism" (especially the Oxford American Dictionary), so I have changed the spelling in the article. It can be changed back if more disagree with this spelling. I just wanted to be correct with what a lot of dictionaries have since that spelling might be more common to people because of that. Could someone change the article title to reflect the new spelling? Beaver72.171.0.148 (talk) 17:53, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
Merge Proposal
[edit]As the IP above suggested, it to me looks like these two articles should be merged. Commentary? GRBerry 01:08, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
Yes, merge them. (anonymous guy passing through.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.212.32.215 (talk) 19:43, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
