Why is this staged second straight time in China? Normally this kind competition hostings are cycled some way. 85.217.39.211 (talk) 14:44, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Number of points for win/loss in group stage

[edit]

Looking at the previous (2009) Sudirman Cup, a team got 1 point for a won tie and 0 points for a loss. In the official competition regulations the number of points awarded by winning/losing a tie is not mentioned. Only that the number of won ties should determine the final standings in a group. Wouldn't it be more logical to follow the format of the 2009 Sudirman Cup wikipedia article where a win=1p and loss=0p, instead of the current win=2p and loss=1p.
