Is this list necessary?
[edit]Is this list necessary? Doesn't Category:New Jersey fill this role? --ChrisRuvolo (t) 02:00, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- This is a list of topics about New Jersey, not a list of articles. --Buaidh (talk) 14:13, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
Of course it is a distinct topic
[edit]It is necessary and distinct from NJ topics in general; this is re people. Ecnyclopedias are about history and culture. Articles such ahs this help towards that end.Dogru144 02:27, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- That should be covered by Category:People from New Jersey. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 04:46, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- At the very least, people should be removed from it. They now totally overwhelm the other information. It will get worse with time. The object is (apparently) to provide a link to an bio about a (maybe) less-than important person.
- It seems to be that this is totally covered by categories now. Maybe it wasn't when it was first started. Student7 (talk) 13:41, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
- This article is one of 57 lists of topics related to the United States. --Buaidh (talk) 14:15, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
