Doesn't appear to be too much information out there about it... maybe try looking at other sources like aviation week?

If you can find any reason why it was canceled, that would be very useful.

The derivative aircraft should have its engines linked.

Finally, the two flightglobal links should have their actual references preserved, not just the weblinks. I.e., the flightglobal links are archives of the journal flight; cite the articles with the article title, date, journal name, etc. That is longer lasting than the weblinks.

Gordon's OKB Ilyushin book doesn't have much more information than you've already given, but does mention that another version was planned with more range and that a wide variety of engines were planned to be used. It's not explicitly stated, but it doesn't seem that a prototype was actually built. Apparently it was canceled because it would have required a lot of resources to develop and test that Ilyushin simply didn't have available in the early '90s.
