How can the case of George Anastaplo being egregiously denied certification not be mentioned in this article? A bar association engaging in unconstitutional actions is rather notable, yes? See also Hugo Black and Wikisource's In re Anastaplo/Dissent_Black. When a former supreme court justice instructs his dissent regarding this case be read at his funeral it *must* be notable!
