WP:NPOV Dispute

Rewrote ~~most~~ pretty much all of the article as to whip it into something a little less editorialized. Replaced the npov tag with an npov-check one - I've tried my best to avoid editorializing things myself, but I'd prefer someone who's been around the block a little longer than me to make the final call here.

Ideology : White seperatism?
